We can scale to Local Authority and Fire authority requirements. Typically we carry out surveys throughout Essex, Kent, Suffolk, Cambridge and London. Healthyabode has surveyed thousands of houses throughout the South-East. We draw up CAD plans to your required scale; most typically these are 1:20. 1:50, 1:100.

Our costs vary dependent on the type and detail of the premises surveyed. Typically are costs are as shown below:

From £25 inc VAT 

Just supply your paper sketch of the plan you wish drawing with your dimensions marked on and we'll do the rest, transforming your paper sketch plan into a professional CAD plan. You can post or scan and E-mail us your sketch. 

For all other plans we offer a full site survey, where we take full measurements to your requirements, from which we produce the detailed CAD plans.
