Completed an immigration accommodation report today for a sponsor in Romford, Essex. They needed a quick survey to take place, so that the sponsors wife could apply for her immigration visa to enter the UK. The Home Office Border Agency had refused entry without an immigration accommodation report. We were happy to assist, gave the sponsor a lot of advice and went to the property, we carried out a full survey, measured each rooms, surveyed the premises for any potential hazards, there wasn't any, took photographs and obtained details of all that lived in the house, saw evidence that it was rented and that the landlord was happy for the sponsors wife to live there too, should she be permitted entry.

We then went back to the Office, typed the report up and issued it that day, as an electronic copy and also posted a signed copy in the post, first class. The sponsor was delighted as was the applicant with our fasttrack service.
