We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and a happy New Year. This New Year has seen our new administrator Kate, join the Healthy Abode team.

Welcoming Kate into the business and seeing her settle down so quickly is just wonderful. It has been a very good month for us, and for our clients appreciating her assistance on the phones and cups of tea in the office!

It has been a very busy January at Healthy Abode. The number of Propoerty Inspection Reports and Immigration Surveys we've done has increased over the months, with people getting engaged over the Festive Season. Our surveyor, Josie, has been around Aylesbury, North West London and Hertfordshire doing fantastic Immigration Accommodation and Overcrowding Surveys and then coming back to the office and writing up these reports for our independent Environmental Health Practiioner, Stuart to sign off.

Our Independent Damp, Timber and Mould Survey service has also been high in demand. Pre-purchase surveys continue to be popular with clients looking to ensure that they know the type, severity and extent of damp before buying their new home. Maybe the cold, snowy weather has highlighted damp in your home? If so give us a call for some advice. Our independent damp surveyor, Stuart has been out and around London, Essex and Hertfordshire, including Bishop Stortford, Ilford, Stansted, North London and Enfield.

Acoustic wise we've undertaken BS4142 surveys in Barnet and Uttlesford. With BS8233 acoustic surveys for new developments in Cornwall, Colchester and Braintree boked in.

If you have any queries, don’t sit their wondering, just give us a call on 01245 206 250 or drop us an email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We are here to help!
