Immigration accommodation and Property Inspection Reports

UK law requires all foreign nationals from outside of the EEC moving to Great britain to live, to be able to confirm that they are able to occupy a home that is of a suitable standard and will not be made overcrowded by their arrival. We provide immigration accommodation reports to prove to the Home Office that the accommodation is safe, secure, free from serious health and safety hazards and won't be made overcrowded. All our reports are professionally produced and fully compliant to all UK Border Agency requirements.

Damp, Timber & Mould Surveys

We undertake professional, truly independent property inspections primarily for damp, timber and mould defects. Following an inspection we provide in-depth written reports with photographs detailing exact findings, problems and remedial work required.  

Noise Surveys / Acoustics Reports

• We undertake professional noise surveys and acoustic reports to meet Local Authority requirements and for a whole variety of other situations.

• Our approach enables a controlled and accurate acoustic depiction of the situation and helps determine whether preventative measures are required.

• We will help your project comply with Council planning requirements: Our consultants liaise with the Council Planning Officers and Environmental Health Officers to ascertain their exact requirements.

HHSRS inspections & Decent Homes Surveys

We provide professional advice, surveys, inspections and draw up Reports and Schedules of Works for Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Universities and private landlords. We are HHSRS V2 accredited and have specialised in inspecting privately rented properties since 2004. If you have a defect or hazard and are unable to solve it, or unsure how best to mitigate the problem, then contact us. Similarly, if you're concerned for your or your tenants health then we're here to help. We inspect properties to ensure that they comply with all current housing legislation.

Site Plans

We provide scale site plans for rental and holiday homes, all our plans are drawn using CAD to your scale requirements. Our plans are suitable for estate and letting agent purposes, minor alteration and planning permission work.
